– April 29, 2018 – Interim HealthCare Inc
., a leading national franchisor of home care, hospice and healthcare staffing, presented at Home Health Care News’ inaugural Capital + Strategy Forum
on April 10, 2019, in Washington, D.C. The panel, “Boost The Value Of Your Brand With An Optimized Sales & Marketing Strategy
,” featured Interim HealthCare Inc.’s senior vice president of marketing & public relations, Lesly Cardec.
The panel’s featured speakers discussed how home care sales and marketing have been undergoing a radical transformation as firms are beginning to embrace technology for more data-driven campaigns. Amidst these new trends, subject matter experts discussed how to drive brand recognition and communicate value to consumers.
Drawing from her previous experiences working within multiple industries, Ms. Cardec talked about the value of building thought leadership. “Thought leadership, in my opinion, is a game changer,” said Ms. Cardec. “It allows you to have a different type of conversation - one that’s about providing value and not about just pushing your benefits and features, which in turn, creates consumer trust.”
Ms. Cardec also highlighted how having a large number of specialized care lines has differentiated Interim. “The increasingly large elderly population means there will be more patients with long-term care needs, whether at home or another healthcare facility,” said Ms. Cardec. “The ability to meet patient needs through a variety of settings is more important than ever. From the caregiver perspective, not only do specialized programs meet the growing needs of our aging population, but it also meets the needs of our caregivers.”
