SUNRISE, Fla., July 29, 2013
– Interim HealthCare, Inc. a leading national home healthcare, senior care, hospice and healthcare staffing franchise, announced today it has signed agreements to open new franchise locations in both Point Pleasant, New Jersey, and Phoenix Lake, California.
Joining the Interim HealthCare Franchise family are the following: Registered Nurse Jasmine Lipscomb who has purchased the Phoenix Lake, California market and will be serving Calaveras, Mariposa and Amador counties and Tamara & Peter Lobravico who purchased the Point Pleasant, New Jersey market and will serve the towns of Brick, Lakewood, Jackson, New Egypt, and Lakehurst.
“Unlike many home care companies only focused on the non-medical segment of our industry, our franchise offering allows for growth above and beyond” states President and CEO Kathleen Gilmartin. “We offer the ability for franchisees to grow throughout the continuum of care in the home. As their business grows and expands we are there to guide them with support built on more than 45 years of experience. Today, we have offices that are Medicare Certified and also offer Hospice services,” explains Gilmartin.
Interim also offers a variety of specialized programs to meet the demanding needs of healthcare reform, by working with hospitals and physicians to offer patients chronic care support through their Interim Transitions and “Living with” programs focused on helping reduce hospital readmissions. Additionally, Interim’s HomeLife Enrichment®
program is designed to offer aging seniors more than just a sitter service by having trained Care Professionals engage in life enrichment activities.
Interim HealthCare has nearly five decades in the healthcare industry. Largely due to the high level of support and other benefits associated with the company’s longevity, franchisees enjoy an unusually long average tenure of 18 years although some owners have been in the system more than 30 years.
