Caregiver's Coaching

Family care giving can be one of the most rewarding experiences if people have the right support – both in the form of tangible services such as traditional home care by Interim HealthCare and emotional and family support provided by The Caregiver's Coaching Program. This Interim HealthCare program offers community and connection at a time family caregivers need it most.
Utilizing a unique deck of “Caring Cards,” developed by Dr. Amy D’Aprix, a life transition consultant, author, corporate speaker, facilitator, coach and an expert in aging, retirement and caregiving, Interim Care Professionals are able to engage clients and family members on a wide variety of topics. Whether it’s a childhood hobby, an historic discovery or a quirky relative each person has a story to share about life in days gone by. Sharing memories is a way to deepen a relationship with an aging individual and have meaningful things to talk about.
