On October 26th, Interim Healthcare team proudly joined the Walk to End Alzheimer’s to honor the millions of individuals and families impacted by dementia. 💜

We are deeply committed to supporting those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia — not just through awareness, but through specialized programs designed to make a difference every day.

At Interim Healthcare, we offer Dementia Specialty Programs across all of our service lines — Home Health, Hospice, and Personal Care Services — designed to meet each person where they are on their journey and to support the families who love them.

Interim HealthCare of Charleston is proud to offer a Dementia Respite Care Program that provides eligible patients up to $2,563 per year – 77 hours of free in-home care from trained dementia caregivers
