About Us
What’s Happening
We were honored to join our partners at CarePatrol on Fox 17's Morning Mix to discuss an important topic: why families should carefully & safely choose professional home care services.
During the segment, we shared why working with a professional home care agency can provide greater safety, accountability, and peace of mind than hiring caregivers through unverified online sources. While the interview was brief and only scratched the surface, there are several important advantages families receive when partnering with our professional agency:
✅ CHAP-accredited, full-service care with quick access to physician ordered medical services if needs change
✅ RN oversight on caregivers and regular client check-ins to help ensure quality care and client satisfaction
✅ Experienced caregivers who are background checked, drug screened, bonded, insured, and carefully matched to each client's unique needs
✅ GPS-tracked visits for added accountability and transparency
✅ Professional documentation and itemized billing, plus access to care notes through our secure online family portal
✅ Payroll, taxes, scheduling, and caregiver management handled by our local office team
✅ Reliable backup care when a regular caregiver is unavailable, along with 24/7 office support and up to 24/7 caregiver availability to ensure you can age in place safely wherever you call home
Choosing home care is an important decision, and families deserve the peace of mind that comes with professional oversight and support. If you're exploring care options for a loved one and would like personalized guidance, our team is here to help. Call us to learn more.

Discharging Home? Choose The Team That Adapts With You.
Hospital systems, rehabilitation facilities, and physician offices trust Interim HealthCare of West Michigan because of our compassionate approach, thorough communication, quick startups, and ability to offer multiple levels of care under one roof. Our local care liaisons work closely with discharge planners, physicians, and families to ensure services are coordinated before discharge occurs—helping make the transition home as smooth and stress-free as possible.
We provide a full continuum of care, including caregiver services, personal care, companion care, respite care, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, skilled home health (RN, PT, OT, SLP, MSW, HHA), rehabilitation therapy, hospice care, and Veteran care services. As your needs change, your care can change with you.
One of the biggest concerns families have is, "What happens when I get home?" In many cases, caregiver services can begin the same day you discharge, with a trained caregiver ready to assist upon arrival home. Caregivers can provide short visits, up to around-the-clock 24/7 care! Skilled home health services are then coordinated to begin shortly after discharge, ensuring continued support and recovery with our clinical team.
Did you know? Michigan patients have the legal right to choose which home health or hospice agency receives their referral. Before discharge, talk with your care manager about your options and select the agency that best fits your goals, preferences, and care needs.
One trusted provider. Multiple care solutions. A safer transition home.
