Supporting Families Through the Journey of Dementia Care

Caring for a loved one with dementia can feel overwhelming—but families don’t have to navigate it alone.

At Interim HealthCare, we’re proud to partner with Medicare through the GUIDE (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience) program, designed to bring more support, clarity, and relief to families walking this path.

Through GUIDE, families can access personalized care coordination, helpful education and resources, and even up to $2,563 each year in respite care—giving caregivers time to rest and recharge.

For those who qualify, our team is here every step of the way. We coordinate a no-cost in-home assessment, help you connect to the GUIDE program, and provide respite care services when needed.
