Our Community

For generations a community has served a vital role in terms of acting as a support system and offering a way to bring people together

With our society moving at a faster pace with busy schedules and the frequency people change jobs, homes and locations, it makes it harder to make a connection and feel part of something bigger than yourself. Our St. Cloud and Twin Cities community has served a vital role acting as a support system and offering a way to bring people together.

As a locally owned and operated business Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities is committed to the community we serve. Each year, our employees participate in a variety of community activities and support a number of worthwhile organizations. A strong community benefits the individual, the community as well as the greater society. People of all ages who feel a sense of belonging tend to lead happier and healthier lives, and strong communities create a more stable and supportive society.

This is directly related to our Interim HealthCare mission – We Improve People’s Lives.

Our Interim community is grateful for the devoted volunteers who make a difference in the lives of our patients every day:

Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities at the Alzheimer's Awareness Walk

On September 26th Interim HealthCare Home Care and Hospice is participated in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® to raise awareness and funds to advance the fight against Alzheimer’s disease. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer’s disease and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we change the course of this devastating disease. And there’s something you can do about it - The walk was a success! We helped to raise awareness and it was a wonderful day.

Together we can make a difference!
