After working in various office positions within a skilled nursing facility for two years, Claire made the switch to Interim HealthCare in October 1996. Claire, like most of our Spokane team, has held various titles. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, she has been promoted to CFO overseeing finances, human resources, customer service, and IT for our Spokane location as well as our Portland, Oregon and Salem, Oregon locations.
Claire balances work, volunteering with various committees, and her family life. Helping others succeed and ensuring the t’s are crossed and I’s are dotted has always been a passion for her as have taking the small details in processes through to the big picture to ensure processes will work as designed. Working with the Interim HealthCare team allows Claire to use her creative side with fun challenges and motivation while also using her analytical side with the numbers and policies and procedures. She really enjoys her coworkers and loves hearing the success stories of field staff as well as clients.
