Recently, Researchers at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health released a study on a possible connection between lack of sleep and Alzheimer's disease. The study shows that those who get less sleep or who don’t sleep well, are more likely to have abnormal brain images – an early signal of the neurological issue.
