For over 50 years, Interim HealthCare has been personalizing care to meet the unique health needs of our clients, patients, and partners. Mike and Natalie Hawkins opened Interim HealthCare Utah and built an incredible team that provides incredible service to our community since February 2014 and are now the sole franchisee in the states of Utah and Idaho. I was impressed with interim from the first day. They have qualified staff that works well with my employees and our residents.
Mike and his team are Amazing! With the Help of Interim Health care and the other caregivers my grandmother has made an amazing turn in her health and is doing so much better. She is caring for herself and getting stronger each day.

I believe the biggest responsibility of being a neighbor is being neighborly, meaning be friendly, fun, helpful and positive.
We recently moved into a new building. Our building is divided in 2 with us on one side and a dentist on the other side with a hallway separating us down the middle. I challenged the dentist to monthly hallway games. Today was our first, axe throwing. Everybody had fun and most importantly, we won!

CNA Appreciation Week

This week is CNA Appreciation Week. CNAs are the hardest working, often least appreciated people in health care. Ours are some of the most committed service minded people you'd ever meet. Our CNAs help people remain safe and independent at home as they age. Our CNAs also volunteer to help in some of the most demanding health care settings when the facilities are short staffed.
To celebrate we invited them to visit our office and take a spin for cash and prizes in our Money Tornado--lot's of laughs and smiles today.
When we hire CNAs one key feature we look for is growth mind set. We rarely want someone who has been a CNA for 25 years. We want a CNA who has been certified a few years who is excited by the challenge and who is pursuing growth opportunities. Many of our CNAs are in nursing school or working toward medical school.
Writing letters of recommendation is one of the best parts of this job.
To say we are proud of our CNAs would be a massive understatement!
