At Interim HealthCare we understand how important it is have someone you can depend on when you want to stay at home as healthy as you can be. We understand that you may need this help for a short time after you come home from the hospital or nursing home, or a longer time when you need help to remain at home. Our services are delivered in your home and are centered on you and your individual needs. Every day we help people just like you. Interim HealthCare of Wisconsin has been providing home care, private duty and supplemental staffing services to clients in Jefferson County and the surrounding area for many years. We are located in beatiful Jefferson, Wisconsin. We are a State Licensed Home Health Care agency and a certified Wisconsin Medicaid Personal Care provider. 

Reimbursement for our services can be private pay, Medical Assistance for personal care services, private insurance, and Medicaid waiver programs such as the Community Options or Community Integration programs. 

Our Jefferson office is open Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, though we can be reached 24 hours per 7 days a week at (920) 674-6855.
