Home Care Services
Companions, aides and nurse caregivers can provide a variety of home care services (from 2-24 hours) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Interim HealthCare services are designed to provide the extra support and care needed to keep people safe at home by addressing the challenges of daily living.
Determining Home Care Needs
A client service supervisor (CSS) will listen to your needs and answer any questions you may have. If you are interested in pursuing our services an RN Supervisor (RN) makes an appointment to meet with you at your home. The RN and CSS will work together to identify and schedule a caregiver with the experience to meet your individual needs…a good match.
Developing a Personalized Plan of Care
A personalized care plan is developed in coordination with an Interim HealthCare RN Supervisor, the client (seniors/elderly or disabled) and the family. The goal of the care plan is to help clients and family members understand the services provided while in the client’s home. The care plan will be reviewed by all caregivers prior to providing care so they are familiar with the client’s wants and needs.
The Ongoing Service
We have a 24 hour on call client service and RN staff to handle questions and issues as they arise. Our RN routinely communicates with physicians and family members to keep current with the client’s status and changing needs. Employees are experienced, fingerprinted as part of a comprehensive background check, and bonded.
