Human Resources Manager
Natalie Avila joined Interim HealthCare in 1998 as a Service Coordinator but has transitioned into managing both the Human Resources and Staffing Departments. Before joining Interim, Natalie's experience included working in group home settings using her sociology background and skill sets. A few years ago the Staffing Department expanded services to staffing facilities which expanded her responsibilities even more. Natalie's current focus is to make sure her skilled employees have a safe environment in which to work while enjoying their jobs. Natalie's priorities are to create the best match of the skills her employees bring to the services needed. When not at work, Natalie enjoys the mountains and spending time with her family and longtime friends.
