School Based Pediatric Nursing | West Lebanon, NH & Surrounding Areas

Today Interim is New Hampshire’s largest and most experienced provider of home and school-based nursing services.

It was our commitment to supporting patients at home rather than in nursing facilities that later led us to create a dedicated School Staffing Division. We knew our highly skilled pediatric nurses could support children in the classroom with the same standards of care they provided at home.

For many medically fragile children, pediatric care at school helped them to realize their dreams of attending school with their peers. We have a dedicated School Staffing Specialist to manage staff scheduling and to provide administrative support to our SAU clients.

We employ 440 caregivers and the size and scope of our team offers flexibility to meet changing needs over the course of a school year

Our expertise includes recruiting, retaining, and placing qualified healthcare personnel. We can provide documentation of services that is New Hampshire Medicaid Billing compliant. Our School Staffing program can assist your School District by providing quality care professionals who can serve as:

  • Substitute Nurses
  • One-on-One Nurses
  • Personal Care and Support of IDEA designated Special Needs Students
  • Transportation Aides
  • Licensed Nursing Assistants

I want to express my appreciation and gratitude for your help with my Mom. She has grown very close to a couple of your care givers. Everyone is prompt and considerate of her needs. It’s comforting to know I have people who I can count on.
