Our Community

For generations, a community has served a vital role in terms of acting as a support system and offering a way to bring people together.

With our society moving at a faster pace with busy schedules and the frequency people change jobs, homes and locations, it makes it harder to make a connection and feel part of something bigger than yourself.  As a locally owned and operated business, we are committed to the community we serve.  A strong community benefits the individual, the community as well as the greater society. People of all ages who feel a sense of belonging tend to lead happier and healthier lives, and strong communities create a more stable and supportive society.

This is directly related to our Interim HealthCare mission – We Improve People’s Lives.

Our team is committed to the community. Our employees are encouraged to get involved and are allowed time off of work to volunteer!

Interim is a proud sponsor of The Women’s Community, which provides services and resources to people affected by domestic violence, sexual casualty, and unemployment. It includes a shelter. More information can be found at womenscommunity.org.

Also dear to our heart is Never Forgotten HonorFlight. The group flies our veterans to Washington D.C. to visit the memorials at absolutely no cost to them. These trips provide veterans with closure, gratitude, and respect. Our owner, Dr. AndrewWeber is a Flight Physician on these trips. Their website is www.neverforgottenhonorflight.org.
