Why you are passionate about what you do?
In 2014 I lost my mother to Alzheimer’s Disease at the young age of 69. Interim Healthcare’s home service allowed my Mom to stay at home for many years, while allowing my father to continue working. Her caregiver was incredible, she was caring, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. My Mom felt safe and loved in her own house and was still able to enjoy many of her favorite activities surrounded by the people and the pets she adored.
Seeing first-hand how much Interim improved my Mom’s quality of life, as well as our entire family’s had a profound effect on me. After years in the corporate world, I wanted to do something that I could see made a difference to others. I am passionate, because I believe our elderly and disabled deserve to feel the incredible sense of safety and love that my Mom did. I can now help make that happen.
