We wanted to take this opportunity to share our experience with Interim Healthcare of Palm Beach. My husband required follow up Home Health care after a recent hospitalization. Interim has been top notch and exceeded our expectations in every area, Nursing, Physical and Occupational Therapy. Their staff were available immediately after returning home. Cyd, the RN, Max and John (PT/OT), performed the initial evaluations and arranged for the necessary services and supplies to begin the following day. Each was professional, knowledgeable, caring and considerate of my husband's specific needs. They explained the process, what we could expect and for how long. If we felt more was needed, they explained how to request it.
The Physical and Occupational Therapists Yola and Kaitlyn have been wonderful to work with. They are careful in adhering to infection control guidelines. They provide compassionate, individualized therapies best suited to what my husband needs to learn or practice, while accommodating the routine to his ability that day, since not every day feels the same for him. They've taught us how to return him to his former independence using the safest techniques of support.

We are both pleased to highly recommend this organization and staff to anyone looking for home health assistance.
