VP of Sales Operations
Cary attended Kent State University and majored in Business and Professional Speaking. He graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science with a graduate degree in Mortuary Science.
He worked for Hewlett-Packard as Director of Marketing for their Medical Products Group in Andover, MA. After moving to South Florida, he assumed the position as Director of Sales and Marketing for Pie Medical, NV, in charge of North and South American dealers and distributors. In addition, he worked for GE Medical as the Senior Sales Specialist in their Ultrasound Division.
In 1990 he was asked to join the administrative team at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. He held the position as Director of Physician Services until 1997.
Mr. Friedlander joined Outreach Senior Healthcare as the Vice President of Marketing and held that position for six years. He was then was hired by the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine as the Director of Marketing for Palm Beach County prior to joining the National Pain Institute in 2009. In July of 2013 he joined Memory Training Centers of America as Regional Vice President for Southeast Operations. For the past seven years Cary has been working in the Home Health care industry, and is currently the Vice President Sales Operations at Interim Healthcare of the Treasure Coast.
Cary is an active member of the Palm Beach County Medical Reserve Corps since 2008. He served for six years in the military reserve as a member of the 107th Armored Calvary, Ohio Army National Guard, and was trained as a Tank Commander and Armored Recon Specialist.

Linda has 30 years of diverse experience in healthcare and customer service roles. She has a background in nursing, pharmaceutical sales, and office operations management. She has worked with Interim Healthcare for over a year now in marketing and as a Registered Nurse. She loves her job, her team and helping people. She feels it is her greatest gift to give back to people in need.
Client Service Marketer- South Palm Beach
Alan has been in the healthcare industry since 1990 in San Diego. He moved to Florida in 2000 and began outside medical sales, home healthcare, respiratory and DME. He was office manager for Nursefinders home health and staffing as well as a nurse recruiter in the travel nurse industry. He enjoys his career with Interim because of the people he works with as well as being able to help those who need to be helped.
Transition Care Manager
Graduating from Notre Dame with a BS in Chemical Engineering Lee started his career as a process engineer for Dow Chemical. After a few years he returned to graduate school and, on a Dow Scholarship, got an Master’s in Business at Purdue University. Returning to Dow he worked as a marketing rep in Houston, moving to New York as a senior rep working with corporate accounts.
He then worked as a Chemical Analysts’ for Bankers Trust in NYC, subsequently returning to the Chemical industry with Tenneco Chemicals as a Product Manager, then Director of Marketing for PVC products
With his experience in business and plastics, he started a building products plastics fabrication company, Ultra Building Products, which he later sold to venture cap firm Care Free Products.
After a brief retirement, he returned to business, starting a new home health nurse registry – Treasure Coast Home Health Care. Selling this business to Caring People, after a brief period with them, he went to work for Interim Health Care as a Transition Care manager – his current position.
