"I saw a need that was lacking in our community; that need was for compassion in homecare where the patient and family needs come first", Robert Seawright, RN, CEO. "I have been a nurse for over 33 years and have had the opportunity to work in many area of healthcare".
In 1995, Robert fulfilled that need by starting the Interim HealthCare Franchise in Redding and has since expanded into Southern Oregon, Sierra Foothills and San Jose.
"I came to work for Interim in 1997 and have since became one of the owners"; Cindy Seawright, RN, CCO. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and have worked in a variety of health settings. By far homecare is where my passion lies. There is just something about being able to help keep an individual home thru an illness or injury that makes my job meaningful. I have the pleasure of overseeing our Licensed HealthCare division as well as our new Hospice program in our Redding location.
Renee Rand, RN, COO, joined the Interim Team in 2001. A Wisconsin native, now proud owner and overseeing the HomeStyle Services and Staffing Divisions. "My nursing career began in 1982 as an Oncology nurse, but my most creative nursing challenge is helping our HomeStyle Office Managers keep your loved ones Home."
