Lee Borellis
Transition Care Manager
Graduating from Notre Dame with a BS in Chemical Engineering Lee started his career as a process engineer for Dow Chemical. After a few years he returned to graduate school and, on a Dow Scholarship, got an Master’s in Business at Purdue University. Returning to Dow he worked as a marketing rep in Houston, moving to New York as a senior rep working with corporate accounts.
He then worked as a Chemical Analysts’ for Bankers Trust in NYC, subsequently returning to the Chemical industry with Tenneco Chemicals as a Product Manager, then Director of Marketing for PVC products
With his experience in business and plastics, he started a building products plastics fabrication company, Ultra Building Products, which he later sold to venture cap firm Care Free Products.
After a brief retirement, he returned to business, starting a new home health nurse registry – Treasure Coast Home Health Care. Selling this business to Caring People, after a brief period with them, he went to work for Interim Health Care as a Transition Care manager – his current position.
