Michelle Sullivan joined our Interim HealthCare team in 2015. She began by providing consulting services to the Haslup franchise executive staff and later joined the executive team as Vice President of Home Health Operations. Michelle oversees all aspects of day to day home health operations to include skilled and hourly services. Michelle also oversees the marketing team for our Interim franchise. Michelle is very active in participating with our compliance team, Hospice team, and Human Resources team to promote a very positive patient care environment.

Michelle began her career in 1998 as a Certified Nursing Assistant before later becoming an LPN. She later served with the United States Air Force during Iraq Freedom and is now an Air Force veteran after 8 years in the service.  Michelle pursued her Registered Nursing degree after discharge from the service. She has worked as a RN in home health for over 10 years providing everything from high risk infusion therapy in the home, to high acuity wound care procedures and cutting edge telemedicine. Michelle has had the pleasure of working in home health management since 2007 with a passion for focusing on employee satisfaction, patient-centered care and evidenced based practice. She is currently focusing on the Value Base Care models and Bundle Payment initiatives to ensure Interim remains on the cutting edge of healthcare reform.

Michelle has recently returned to school to obtain her Family Nurse Practitioner’s License through the Chamberlain College of Nursing after a 13 year hiatus to focus on her family. Michelle believes that it is never too late to pursue your dreams and that even in the face of adversity everyone has a chance to succeed with the right guidance and support.
