With home care from Interim, one nurse (always an RN) is assigned to manage all of your treatment. Whether you need skilled medical care such as nursing or physical therapy, or you simply need an aide to help with the tasks of daily living ( cooking, cleaning, taking you to doctors appointments and more), Your case manager RN will assess your needs and make sure that you get services that meet your specific needs. You only need to talk with one person and they will handle the rest.
Whether you need full time help or If you handle the caregiving and just need someone to cover for you now and then, ( respite care ), Interim will ensure that your loved one gets the care they need.
