At Interim HealthCare we understand how important it is to have someone you can depend on when you want to stay at home and remain as healthy as possible. We understand that you may need this help for a short time after you come home from the hospital or nursing home, or for a longer period of time when you need help to remain at home. Our services are delivered in your home and are centered on you and your individual needs. Every day we help people just like you. Interim HealthCare of Wisconsin has been providing home care, private duty and supplemental staffing services since 1978 to clients in Dane County and the surrounding area. We are located in beautiful Madison, Wisconsin. We are a State Licensed Home Health Care agency and a certified Wisconsin Medicaid Personal Care provider.
Reimbursement for our services can be private pay, Medical Assistance for personal care services, private insurance, and Medicaid waiver programs such as the Community Options or Community Integration programs.
Our Madison office is open Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, though we can be reached 24 hours per 7 days a week at 608-238-0268.
