The Community Based Assistance (CBA) program provides community and home-based services to the elderly or to those who are disabled and in need of assistance, which serves as reasonably priced alternatives to nursing homes.

  • Emergency response services
  • Financial management services
  • Home delivered meals
  • Nursing services
  • Occupational therapy
  • Personal assistance services
  • Physical therapy
  • Prescription drugs (unless the person is eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid)
  • Respite
  • Speech, hearing and language therapy
  • Support consultation
  • Transition assistance services
