About Us
What Our Community is Saying
What’s Happening
Nancy, also known as Granny, has received physical therapy services after having her right hip replaced. She had much success with Interim Home Health after her left hip replacement surgery that she requested to have our team help her navigate this second surgery. With the help of guidance from Carolyn (RN), Hillary (PT) and Katelyn (PTA), she has come back stronger to be able to enjoy her leisurely activities at the age of 85! “I’ve been really satisfied with my care and feel I can do just about anything with my walker or cane. I would recommend Interim to anyone!”
Recently, we had the privilege of joining our franchise leadership team for a truly inspiring meeting. As we reflect on the remarkable milestones of 2025, we also set our sights on the exciting growth opportunities that lie ahead in 2026. Together, we discussed our personal goals for success within our service lines, with a shared commitment to excellence and collaboration.
While each of us brings our own unique leadership style and talents to the table, one thing remains constant: our dedication to the success of our franchise, the quality of care we provide to our patients, and the growth of our teams. This unwavering commitment is what drives us forward, ensuring that we’re not just meeting expectations but exceeding them every step of the way.
At the heart of it all is teamwork. We understand that success isn’t achieved alone – it’s achieved as one. And as we embark on this exciting year ahead, we’re ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with it, knowing that together, we can accomplish anything.
Here’s to another year of growth, innovation, and success!
We had the pleasure of educating community members on the many benefits of home health care. Many attendees were surprised to learn that home health is a Medicare benefit covered at 100%!
It was heartwarming to see their excitement as they discovered the excellent support available — all in the comfort of their own homes.
When it comes to healthcare, education truly makes all the difference. We’re always grateful for opportunities to empower our senior community with knowledge about their healthcare options.

At our agency, we take pride in being there for our community members and partners — not just through our daily work, but also by joining in on the fun moments that bring us all together.
This Halloween season, our team was thrilled to participate in a variety of community engagement events. From costume contests and pumpkin decorating to connecting with families and local organizations, it was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the creativity, joy, and togetherness that make our community so special.
We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by to share a smile, a laugh, or even a handful of candy with us! Moments like these remind us why we do what we do — building connections, supporting one another, and spreading positivity wherever we can.
As the spooky season comes to an end, we want to wish everyone a fun, safe, and memorable Halloween!
We had an amazing time at the Get Better Community Health Fair in Crozet, VA!
Our team was thrilled to connect with so many incredible organizations and community members. The event was filled with valuable resources, engaging conversations, and a shared commitment to improving the health and well-being of our community.
A heartfelt thank you to the event organizers — Nathan Alderman, founder of Get Better Crozet, and Fred Jung and Kate Daniels with Blue Ridge ElderCare Advisors, LLC — for putting together such a meaningful and well-organized event.
We’re grateful to be part of a community that’s so dedicated to making a positive impact! 💙
October is National Physical Therapy Month, a time to recognize the powerful role physical therapists (PTs) and physical therapist assistants (PTAs) play in restoring mobility, independence, and quality of life. At Interim HealthCare, we are proud to shine a spotlight on the incredible work our PT team does every day—often right in the comfort of our patients’ homes.
Why Physical Therapy Matters
Whether recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or rebuilding strength after an illness or injury, physical therapy is often the key to regaining independence. Our PTs design personalized care plans to help patients:
- Improve balance and prevent falls
- Regain strength and flexibility
- Manage pain without relying solely on medication
- Recover faster from injuries or surgeries
- Adapt to new mobility challenges with confidence
In the home setting, these benefits are amplified. Patients can work on real-life tasks in familiar surroundings, making therapy more relevant and results more lasting.
Home-Based Physical Therapy: A Personal, Powerful Approach
Interim HealthCare’s in-home physical therapy services allow patients to receive expert care without the stress of traveling to a clinic. Our PTs assess each individual’s environment and tailor exercises that directly support their daily routines. This means faster progress, safer movement at home, and a more personalized recovery journey.
Our physical therapist don’t just treat conditions—they empower people. From helping a senior navigate stairs again to guiding a stroke survivor through retraining movements, their work transforms lives.
One of the most common questions we hear is:
“Will my insurance cover home health services?”
The answer for many is: Yes—completely.
✅ Insurance Coverage for Home Health
If you have an in-network insurance policy, home health services are often covered at 100%. That means no co-pays, no deductibles, and no out-of-pocket costs—as long as the care is deemed medically necessary and ordered by a physician.
This includes:
- Skilled nursing
- Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Medical social work
- Home health aide support
- All necessary medical supplies related to your condition
Home health care is designed to help you recover, manage chronic conditions, or maintain independence, all from the comfort and safety of your home.
