Welcome to the Interim family Lindsey!
"My name is Lindsey, I am the new Director of Healthcare Services here at Interim. I grew up in Jackson, Minnesota where I started my career in healthcare as a certified nursing assistant. It is there that I recognized my passion for patient care and advocacy. With the goal of furthering my career and ability to do more for my patients, I returned to school to obtain my registered nursing license. I have experience working in long term care, med-surg, homecare, hospice, and many other areas of nursing. I find the longer I work as a nurse, the more committed I am to helping support my fellow nurses and patients to ensure we are providing the best possible patient centered care. Outside of work I enjoy keeping active, being outside, competing in and watching sports, and being a part of a team.
My biggest joy comes from raising my two daughters and spending time with my family. I am excited to be a part of the team at Interim and hope to incorporate my skills as a nurse to provide a supportive leadership role to our staff, clients, and their families."

Welcome Brittnee!

Brittnee grew up in Minnesota, just across the border in Amiret, population 32! She went to Tracy area high school and graduated in 2008. Brittnee attended college in Minnesota at Southwest Minnesota State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications: Radio/TV Broadcast in 2012. Brittnee lives in Brookings with her husband Brad, daughter Nora (7) and dog Molly. She is entering her 4th season as a dance mom, also a girl scout troop leader and a member of the PTA. In her spare time, weshe enjoys camping, going to the pool, visiting the zoo, and taking trips to Georgia to her family.

PFBA was able to spotlight the Millman family and Interim HealthCare last year and was featured in their most recent volume that just came out for 2024. The Millmans have been working through succession planning as they look to the future.

Volunteering-Core Value of Stewardship

Our office staff had a training all day which including volunteering at The Foster Network in Sioux Falls. Every day they open their doors to provide foster care support to families and supply them with basic necessities as they navigate through the foster system.

CEO Paul and Veteran Harley

President & CEO, but most importanly a Veteran himself, Paul Millman was able to serve as a guardian on the Midwest Honor Flight #19 to Washington, D.C. Paul accompained U.S. Navy Veteran Harley, from Sioux Falls who had one of the best days visiting memorials dedicated to honor the service and sacrifices of him and fellow veterans.
