A patient and their family indicated that the patient has had a lot of therapy for almost a year. The patient has been a bit jaded as their therapy experience had not been good and never felt like she got any better, until she met Dawn. They all feel that Dawn has made the most difference in her life, and the therapy that she provided has been the best.
I want to recognize Anna for diligently tracking a pending home care client who was hospitalized before we could start services. Thanks to her communication with hospital social workers, we admitted the client to our hospice and provided needed care. When many hospitals transition patients to their own hospices, Anna's work stands out as a testament to her dedication.

There was a woman who came to sit with me. She arrived very early Easter morning and stayed with me until evening. That is kindness; I just could hardly believe it. I really appreciated her being here with me.
