Interim HealthCare of Johnstown Hospice serves our community with care that centers around both the patient and the family. Our hospice team, including nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and support staff, works together to manage symptoms, coordinate visits, and support loved ones so the focus can stay where it belongs: on being together. We understand the weight of this time. Our team checks in often, stays flexible to each family’s needs, and offers reassuring guidance.
