Interim Healthcare Services of NE PA, awarded CHAP Accreditation
Community Health Accreditation Partner, Inc., (CHAP) informed Interim Healthcare Services of NE PA, (Organization) that based on findings of a recent re-accreditation site visit the Organization was found to be in compliance with the CHAP Home Health Services Standards of Excellence and was granted Full Accreditation for the term of three (3) years.
According to Mr. Michael Zeshonski, Administrator of Interim Healthcare Services of NE PA, CHAP Accreditation demonstrates that Interim Healthcare Services of NE PA meets the industry's highest nationally recognized Home Health standards. The rigorous evaluation by CHAP focuses on structure and function, quality of services, human and financial resources and long-term viability. Simply put, Mr. Zeshonski stated that adherence to CHAP's standards leads to better quality care as provided by our excellent staff every day.

CHAP is an independent, not-for-profit, accrediting body for community-based health care organizations. Created in 1965, CHAP was the first to recognize the need and value for accreditation in community-based care. CHAP is the oldest national, community-based accrediting body with more than 9,000 agencies currently accredited nationwide. CHAP’s purpose is to define and advance the highest standards of community-based care.
