Interim Healthcare in Brookings has been the 24-hour care provider for our 109 year old father for several years now. Initially they provided only a few hours of care each day but as Dad has aged, they have stepped up to 24-7 care. Welcome Brittnee, Homecare Scheduler

Brittnee grew up in Minnesota, just across the border in Amiret, population 32! She went to Tracy area high school and graduated in 2008. Brittnee attended college in Minnesota at Southwest Minnesota State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications: Radio/TV Broadcast in 2012. Brittnee lives in Brookings with her husband Brad, daughter Nora (7) and dog Molly. She is entering her 4th season as a dance mom, also a girl scout troop leader and a member of the PTA. In her spare time, weshe enjoys camping, going to the pool, visiting the zoo, and taking trips to Georgia to her family.

The Millmans have been working through succession planning as they look to the future.

Heather - Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter

Heather started her career in healthcare becoming a CNA during high school. Working in a small, rural LTC facility showed her the struggles that our area LTC facilities face on a daily basis. Since that time, she has also worked as a Resident Aide and Med Aide, and understands the passion and dedication it takes to succeed in healthcare. She finds it incredibly rewarding to work directly with our field staff and staffing partners to ensure that the clients and residents we serve receive the best level of care possible. Outside of her work with Interim HealthCare, she enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
Abigail Woodford, VP & COO

Abigail Woodford grew up in Sioux Falls. Upon graduating from high school, she attended one year at the Association Free Lutheran Bible School in Plymouth, MN. From there, she attended Augustana College in Sioux Falls and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science & Fitness Management. Her first job came from her internship at Dow Rummel Village as an Exercise Specialist, where she worked for a few years. In 2008, she joined the Interim HealthCare team full time and has held many positions over the past 14 years. In 2015, Abigail had the opportunity to become an owner and she jumped at it as that had been her dream to be a part of the ownership team. In 2018, Abigail opened up the Brookings Interim HealthCare office.
Abby is married and has 4 children. She enjoys hunting and fishing with her husband and being outdoors with her four kids.

Volunteering in Sioux Falls

Our office staff had a training all day which including volunteering at The Foster Network in Sioux Falls. Every day they open their doors to provide foster care support to families and supply them with basic necessities as they navigate through the foster system.
We had a wonderful time volunteering and support this wonderful organization! Follow their Facebook page or check out their website for most needed items as you are spring cleaning.
