IV-Infusion Therapy

Interim HealthCare of New Mexico is proud to offer Home Infusion Therapy. This service provides many benefits, allowing the client to avoid lengthy hospital stays and nursing facilities. Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy

Many therapies can be provided at home to speed recovery from illness, injury or surgery, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Home based therapy allows individuals to develop independence with daily activities in a convenient and comfortable setting.  Families are also able to be closely involved in the rehabilitation process. Registered Dietitian

Everyone is aware that proper nutrition contributes to the best possible health. This is especially true for older individuals and those who have chronic diseases. Interim HealthCare’s home care nurses and aides have received education that center around working with the patient and their family to identify the best foods to eat to meet their nutritional needs.
