Hospice

Our role at Interim HealthCare of Granbury Hospice is to support our patients and families as they approach the end of their life. We will help them understand the choices open to them and work to support them in their decisions. We will provide personalized care, coordinating the services that will make them safe and comfortable. We encourage contact with friends and family that allow important things to be spoken, remembered and celebrated. Each patient receives care from a team of professionals.

Granbury Mayor Nin Hulett took time from his busy schedule to join us for a luncheon celebration and present our volunteers with a resolution dedicating May 18 as Interim Hospice Volunteer Day. Our hospice volunteers dedicate their time regularly to offering our patients and their families quality of life and we greatly appreciate their efforts.  We couldn't serve the needs of the community without them!

Hello my name is Diane G. and I am writing this for our family.  My dad Dwain T. was a patient with Interim Hospice in Granbury Texas 2013 – 2014.  He was under the care of some of the most compassionate, kind and caring people that we have ever met … This group of ladies showed our family the utmost respect but most of all they showed love to us and especially to our dad and husband.  My mom Lillie was given just as much sweet love and care as my dad.  There is no way we could ever thank them enough.  Over the year and a half they became family to us and still are close to our hearts.  My mom loves them as family members and still is in contact with them on a regular basis.  We would recommend this group for anyone to use.  We know that God led us to this group of ladies and we were blessed that they took care of my dad . . . We do not want to forget the awesome volunteers and Chaplains that also came by to help us through one of the most heartbreaking times in our lives.  We thank God for this hospice care.
