Interim Healthcare has been a life saver for my family. My mother needed more care at home then we could provide. Once Interim Healthcare stepped in, it was an immediate relief for our family.  Interim took the time to get to know my mom first, then sent caregivers that seemed to fit in right.  The office took extra time to walk us through the process and took care of all the necessary paperwork.  Anything we need is taken care of immediately and they are always available when you call, even off hours. Interim Healthcare is anything but Interim!  They have become an essential part of my mothers daily life. They are very responsive and available at all times for consultation or assistance.  My mother has been receiving care from them for over a year and has had the best care she could ever ask for.  My mother is a very private person and they respect that she enjoys her private time but they are there if she wants anything.  One of the caregivers, in particular, has become a favorite daily staple for my mother.  She is kind, interesting, proactive and very respectful of my mother's needs.  She drives her places and goes shopping with her. My mother really enjoys her company and trusts her.

In addition, Sue C. who manages the staff is just as engaged as her caregivers.  If my mother needs something when a caregiver is not present, she comes right over and does whatever is necessary.  She even goes shopping if there is something my mother needs promptly....no questions, gets right in the car and gets it done.

The staff at Interim are educated and make my mother feel good about herself and where she is in life. This is a huge relief to me to know that my mother is cared for, safe and happy on a daily basis.

Interim health care provides professional, personable and reliable caregivers for those in need.  Their local manager and caregivers have been extraordinarily responsive to all my mother's needs.  This firm doesn't only make sure that all their caregivers are qualified - they also match them to clients according to what personality would be the best fit!  And, they solicit your feedback to ensure that they are meeting all the client's needs.  Finally, they fill out and submit the insurance forms for you, which is one less headache. I give this firm and their local manager five stars out of five -- and I'm a pretty tough grader!
