Interim HealthCare of Eau Claire, WI was founded in 2009 to serve the Chippewa, Dunn and Rusk counties. We know how important it is have someone you can depend on when you or someone you love wants to stay at home to maintain the highest level of health and independence. Our mission is simple: To improve people’s lives every day.

We understand that you may need this help for a short time after you come home from the hospital or nursing home. Or for when you need help to be able to remain at home but need assistance to do so.
