At Interim Healthcare, we have developed a Physician driven model which includes Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers, Registered Nurses, and Spiritual Counselors. Our team meets weekly to discuss your care, taking into account what makes you special. We help you and your navigate tough decisions.

How do I Access Supportive & Palliative Care?

When:
  • When you or your loved one is challenged with a serious illness and would like help with any of the types of services mentioned above.
  • We provide 24-hour support by our dedicated physician and nurse practitioners; we will typically arrange home or clinic visits M-F, 8-5.
Where:
  • Interim Healthcare's Supportive & Palliative Care Service is offered throughout the El Paso &Teller Counties. 
  • We have a dedicated clinic in central Colorado Springs and will often see you in your home depending on your situation and preferences.

  • Most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, cover Supportive & Palliative Care Services.
