Fundraiser for Kalvin

Hi, I am Kalvin!

I am 12 years old and have Muscular Dystrophy.  The folks at Interim HealthCare have been taking care of me since 2001.  I love my nurses and therapist.  We have lots of fun together!  I am almost a teenager and growing like crazy and it is getting harder to take care of me.  We are getting ready to do a renovation in my home that will make caring for me easier and allow me to be more independent.  I will have a wheelchair accessible bathroom and a ceiling track that will lift me.  It will be great!  Thanks for helping me and my family with our BIG project through your fundraiser!  We appreciate you so much!

Help us help Kalvin…

We have several different opportunities for you to help:

  • Starting April 15 we will be selling raffle tickets for $3.00 a piece for your chance to win some great prizes.  We will be doing drawings on April 19 and April 26. Tickets can be purchased at the reception desk between the hours of 8am-5pm.
  • May 3 we will be selling a yummy hotdog meal for only $3.50 from 11:00am-2:30pm!!
  • May 20 we will hold a silent auction in the Human Resources conference room at our office at 1901 N. Union Blvd., Suite 202.  You can place your bid anytime during the day.  Bidding will close at 4pm and items must be picked up by 5pm!  Payment must be made at the time of pickup.
  • May 7, 8 & 9 at Chick-fil-A on Garden of the Gods a portion of all orders will be given to help Kalvin's home renovation.  Don't forget to tell them when you order that this is for Kalvin. We'll see you there!

If you are unable to help in any of these ways you can offer your monitary donation by going to YouCaring.com.

I want to express my appreciation and gratitude for your help with my Mom. She has grown very close to a couple of your care givers. Everyone is prompt and considerate of her needs. It’s comforting to know I have people who I can count on.
