Our Interim team recently enjoyed a Team Enrichment Day, where admin staff from all 3 of our offices came together for a day of volunteering, lunch, and fellowship. Rooted in our core values of Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, and Empathy, the day was not only about giving back but also about strengthening the bonds within our team. Taking time to step away from the daily routine and support one another fosters connection, builds trust, and reinforces the unity that helps our company grow stronger together.
