Emma is excited to be a part of Interim Healthcare of Prince George’s County. She brings over 30 years of corporate experience having retired from IBM in 2008 as a Business Analyst.
Emma's second career in healthcare started organically as she adjusted her lifestyle to become a caregiver for her mother until her passing in 2008.  Emma along with her sister, who is a Certified Nurse Assistant, devoted their lives to ensure their mother received five-star care, comfort, and support as her mom’s health needs increased.

Emma infused her business skillset, caregiver experience and passion to help others as her catalyst to work as an HR Manager in a “premier” Senior Home Care Agency and as a Caregiver Education Director for a Geriatric Care Manager in a local business. 

As the HR manager she was able to parallel her own caregiver experience to successfully finding compassionate quality caregivers that would provide personal care services that would help individuals remain safe, independent and engaged in leading an enriched life.

As the Caregiver Education Director, she enjoyed assisting and developing helpful information for caregivers who needed help on their “journey” with their loved ones.  

She supports and stands by the Core Values Interim Healthcare champions for all the services they provide.
