Our South Carolina Upstate Community

For generations, a community has served a vital role in terms of acting as a support system and offering a way to bring people together.

With our society moving at a faster pace with busy schedules and the frequency people change jobs, homes and locations, it makes it harder to make a connection and feel part of something bigger than yourself.  As a locally owned and operated business, we are committed to the community we serve.

Each year, our employees participate in a variety of community activities and support a number of worthwhile organizations.  A strong community benefits the individual, the community as well as the greater society. People of all ages who feel a sense of belonging tend to lead happier and healthier lives, and strong communities create a more stable and supportive society.

Through
"Our Commitment""Our Contribution""Our Connections", and "Our Calendar" we diligently work to live out our mission statement:

"We are dedicated to honoring God through the enrichment of human life."

The Challenge to Conquer Cancer

Rhonda Moody of Interim HealthCare of the Upstate inspires survivorsOur very own Rhonda Moody, Director of Sales and Marketing, has been chosen as a 2016 Challenge to Conquer Cancer Warrior.  Warriors are nominated by participants of the Challenge to Conquer Cancer group and are either currently battling cancer or are in remission. As part of this honor, warriors are flown to Maine to greet the participating cyclists as they arrive in Lewistown.  They also get the chance to participate in the weekend activities at the Dempsey Challenge.

The Challenge to Conquer Cancer (C3) is a cycling relay event that runs from Greenville, SC to Lewistown, Maine.  C3 was begun years ago to promote the advancement of cancer research and advocacy efforts locally, regionally, and nationally through fundraising events.  Funds raised help support: The Greenville Health System, Center for Integrative Oncology and Survivorship; The Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope and Healing; Greenville Health System, University Medical Center’s Cancer Research; and Livestrong.
