Interim Healthcare of Charleston invites you to join us at Trident Medical Center on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 2–4 PM for the Strike Out Stroke event.

This community program will highlight valuable resources available to stroke survivors, caregivers, and medical professionals. It’s an opportunity to connect with local partners, learn more about recovery and support options, and find guidance tailored to those navigating life after stroke.

As part of the event, Interim Healthcare of Charleston will be sharing how our services in Home Health, Hospice, and Personal Care at Home can provide vital support to stroke survivors and their families. From skilled nursing and rehabilitation to compassionate end-of-life care and personal assistance, our team is here to help every step of the way.

Free Dementia Respite Care in Charleston, SC - Interim Healthcare

Interim HealthCare of Charleston is proud to offer a Dementia Respite Care Program that provides eligible patients up to $2,563 per year – 77 hours of free in-home care from trained dementia caregivers
