Interim Healthcare of Wausau was established in January 1993 by Jan and Russ Kosha as a means to better care for Wausau area friends and family as they transitioned between various stages of their health care needs outside of the hospital. 

Interim of Wausau is a franchise of Interim HealthCare Inc. Each of the more than 300 offices nationwide are independently owned and operated.  Established in 1966, Interim collectively provides 25 million hours of home care service to 190,000 people each year across the United States..

Interim Healthcare of Wausau is a Federally Certified and State Licensed Home Health Care Agency dedicated to serving the communities of Central Wisconsin with care, compassion and choice.

Our employees are screened, insured, and bonded.  We require references, criminal background checks, annual TB tests, drug screens, OSHA training, and quality assurance/performance reviews for all staff.
