Hello! I'm Lisa! I am the Director of Operations for Interim HealthCare of the Carolinas. I have a degree in Healthcare Management Technology and certification in Long Term Care. I am an Iredell county native and have always resided in the area. I have over 25 years of home care experience that includes co-owning a successful home care agency- Home Care at the Lake, Inc. for many years. My professional home care credentials focuses on many areas of home care including, but not limited to: finances- accounts receivables, accounts payable, budgeting, human resources, client relations, scheduling and home care compliance/HIPAA. As the Director, I work in all administrative and internal areas of the business and assists all members of administrative staff with daily operations.  I have also directed and assisted our team in obtaining CHAP accreditation and recredentialing many times. I love taking care of others!!! I am a mother of two, Mema of two, and dog mom of two!!
