HOME HEALTH CARE
Skilled Nursing
Registered Nurses provide services such as health status assessments, education on diseases and treatments for clients and their families, sampling for lab tests, wound dressing changes, medication training and compliance monitoring, IV Therapy management and many more.
Social Work
Our social workers are available for help with management of the many social programs available to clients and their caregivers, as well as case management of the Wyoming State Long Term Care Waiver Program.
Home Health Aides
Certified nursing assistants who have completed a course of study and are registered with the state of Wyoming as Home Health Aides provide home health aid services. These services can include bathing, dressing, assistance with mobility or transfers, meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Companion/Homemaker
These paraprofessional employees often extend the length of time people can safely remain in their homes. Services may include companionship, meal preparation, housekeeping, grocery shopping and more.
Therapists
We can provide you with licensed therapists to speed the recovery from illness, injury or surgery, including:
- Physical Therapy - to regain strength, endurance and physical movement
- Occupational Therapy - to regain day to day skills such as bathing, dressing and feeding oneself
- Speech Therapy - to improve swallowing and communication abilities
