Telemetry @ Home ® Program

Provides the power of hospital-like telemetry in the patient's own home. Technicians at the monitoring center can log-on and analyze a patient's real-time ECG. The patient is being monitored in real-time, and only predetermined events are automatically transmitted.

Interim "Heart to Heart" Cardiac Program

Interim Health Care of West Texas’ “Heart to Heart” program is designed to provide thorough cardiac home care, teaching, assessment, and coordination of care following a cardiac care clinical pathway.

Our clinical staff; together with physicians, hospitals, and clinics will work with the patient and their families to develop an individualized plan of care that will provide the tools, clinical services and education to promote cardiovascular health, lifestyle modifications and improved outcomes.
