Owner, Chief Administrative Officer
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Tom holds a degree in Accounting and has worked in the Twin Cities home health care arena for over 20 years now. Tom has extensive experience in managing Medicare certified home agencies as well as Medicare certified hospice agencies, private duty and assisted living business lines. His background is in general management, strategic growth and development and implementation of financial and operational controls.
Lori Corrado Geary
Owner, Director of Business Development and Customer Service
Lori has 15 years of experience in the home Health Care field, beginning in administration and marketing in the Twin Cities metropolitan community for the past 13 years. She has held positions with the Senior Workers Association and the Minnesota Nursing Home Social Work Association, as well as provided education throughout the metro area on home health related topics. Lori holds a degree in Business Marketing and Administration and maintains a passion for giving seniors all the tools possible to help them remain safe in the home of their choice.
Pamela Halvorson, RN
Pam has multiple years of experience managing Medicare certified agencies and holds a BS in Administration and an MBA in Business Administration. Prior to her years in home care, she had been in acute care settings and was a clinical nursing instructor but has found home healthcare to be the most rewarding method of delivery of services. She sees keeping individuals in their homes as a fundamental requirement for the future of healthcare. Pam joined Interim HealthCare in 2011.
Brooke Beck, DPT
Director of Therapy
Brooke received her B.S. in Health Promotion Science from the University of St. Thomas and both her Master’s and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the College of St. Catherine. She began her career in the hospital setting with a focus on acute inpatient and neurologic rehabilitation, as well as outpatient pediatrics and lymphedema therapy. Due to her passion for the geriatric population, she transitioned to home care in 2008 and began at Interim HealthCare in 2009. Additionally, Brooke is a certified Lymphedema Therapist and has taught several continuing education courses on edema management.
RaeChel Thompson, RN, CHPN
Director of Hospice
RaeChel received her Registered Nurse license in 2001 and began her nursing career in the hospital setting. After five years in the acute care setting, she moved forward into hospice care, including direct case management and supervision. During that time, RaeChel obtained her certification in hospice and palliative care and maintains her certification. In addition, RaeChel has spent almost seven years in the assisted living arena, including care management and regional supervision of nursing and clinical support staff. During that time, RaeChel's passion for geriatric care and hospice grew. RaeChel's leadership experience, including procedure and policy development, has prepared her to lead a clinical team. She enjoys mentoring, coaching, compliance and concentration on quality of care.
Karen L. Lee, SPHR
Director of Human Resources
Karen joined Interim Healthcare in 2014, bringing with her extensive work experience in Human Resources, at organizations focused on Financial Services as well as Medical Device and Healthcare. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Organizational Communications, and has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources since 1997. Karen is active in the Twin Cities community and has served on the board of directors for LDA Minnesota and Think Small, both non-profit organizations focused on youth education. She has also been an active volunteer for Minnesota Resource Center (MRC) for over 25 years. Karen has a passion for Interim’s mission: We Improve People’s Lives, and enjoys seeing that mission in action.
Judy Demers, RN, BSN, MA
Director of Nursing
After receiving her BSN from St. Catherine University, Judy’s nursing focus centered around 18 years in critical care as a nurse and nurse leader. Judy’s passion for leading, mentoring, and patient advocacy led her to pursue her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, as well as graduate certifications in Healthcare Leadership and Ethics and Leadership. Judy’s desire to lead and influence along with her leadership experience including: clinical coaching, team development, and nurse mentorship, has prepared her for her clinical role with the Interim Healthcare Team. Judy joined our team in 2014.
