Interim HealthCare of Toledo is a leading provider of home care and wellness programs for Lucas, Wood, Fulton, and Sandusky counties in Ohio and Monroe and Lenawee counties in Michigan. We are Medicare and Medicaid certified, and a PASSPORT provider.
HOME CARE:
- Interim offers both short visits or up to 24 hour care.
- Services are provided twenty-four hours a day, 7 days per week , including holidays. With an individual on call 24 hours a day.
- Employees are carefully selected, screened and have the experience necessary to meet the specific needs of our clients.
