The Tallahassee location, AHCA license #299991437, of Interim HealthCare of NW FL, Inc. is one of 5 offices in the Florida Panhandle owned and operated by Cindy Lavoie and Robert Gaff. Our office locations and established dates are: Tallahassee, April 1989; Panama City, May 1992; Marianna, October 1992; Pensacola, 1994; Fort Walton Beach, April 2004.

We are proud of our company, our reputation in the community and our staff throughout our organization who are responsible for our success. Our offices operate under a nationally established Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Our office provides a full range of aide and nursing care services within the client's home. Our services range from home health aide services; homemakers and/or companions; escort services as well as specialized care directed by a physician.

Our skilled caregivers provide the necessary medical attention needed to complete any length of treatment. We train our clients on how to utilize medical devices and offer instruction on medications, diets and other things that may improve a health condition. Our companions give our clients a sense of freedom in the ability to remain in their homes.

Supervision of Interim HealthCare staff are conducted according to Interim HealthCare standards and more often if necessary, and employee performance evaluations are conducted yearly. We also provide our staff with ongoing educational training throughout the year.
