Interim HealthCare Staffing operates under well-defined policies and initiatives that support our commitment to provide high quality health care professionals to our customers. Based on years of experience in the industry, we have developed a Five Star Quality Program that includes the following:

• Credentialing including competency assessment, background checks and drug screening
  Through the years, we have continually provided competent and reliable health care staff. Our competency assessment program validates the education, licensure, certification or registration knowledge, skills and experience of each employee before placing them on assignment. A specific competency is validated at hire and annually for each employee. Our hiring process also includes checking the background of the each health care professional as required by the state and facility. Drug screenings that comply with state regulations and contract requirements are completed prior to the assignment.


• Selection and skill matching
  We know the value of placing the right professional in the right job. Through our skill matching process and our recruiters who have more than 35 collective years of experience, we are able to accommodate the hundreds of positions our clients require.


• Orientation
  The orientation process is critical to the success of Interim HealthCare field employees. It promotes safe and effective job performance by first, providing us with employees' credentialing information and secondly communicating to those employees important information that is required to work successfully for us and for our customers.


• File Maintenance
  A complete and current file is maintained for each employee. These files are always available for your review.


• Quality Monitoring
  It is our goal to partner with our customers to gather feedback on our employees. Our employees are very important to us and it is our commitment to them that we will provide them with information regarding their work performance.
