Interim HealthCare of Pittsburgh began operations in 1972 to meet the healthcare needs of individuals in the home and healthcare staffing needs of healthcare facilities in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. Since that time Interim HealthCare of Pittsburgh has grown to provide a wide variety of care and service to patients and clients throughout western PA and northern WV with local offices in Johnstown, Somerset, Altoona, Erie, Meadville, and Uniontown and Morgantown and Bridgeport WV.
In 1982 Interim HealthCare of Pittsburgh became a certified Medicare and Medicaid Home Health Agency and is license by the Pennsylvania and West Virginia Departments of Health. In 2009 Interim established a certified Hospice.
