for HOME CARE

At Interim HealthCare®, we provide comprehensive home care services. We made sure we can meet any need, on a part-time, full-time or live-in-basis, in accordance with the recommendations of the attending physician and the wishes
of the patient and family in the comfort of their homes.



OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:

Skilled Nurses to provide a broad range of medical care in the home:

1. Extended Care Services- Long term, chronic disease care and management for treating illnesses such as diabetes and congestive heart failure. Adult or Pediatric, we have the staff to manage the care.

2. Private Duty Nursing- To assist in the care and supervision of a loved one while staying in a nursing home or assisted living facility.

3. Intermittent Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Social Worker Support- Short term, acute care services when a loved one is at home recovering from a hospital stay.

4. Skilled nursing and/or Therapy Services for someone at home recovering from an illness, accident or surgery.

5. Care Instruction and Education to ensure that patient/family are confident in caring for their medical needs.

Interim Assisted Care® services:

1. Companions and homemakers that enable the elderly and persons with disabilities or special needs to maintain their independence at home.

2. Personal Care Aides, to help with bathing and personal grooming.


OUR PATIENT CARE TEAMS:

Registered Nurses (RNs), License Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupationl Therapists (OTs), Speech Therapists (STs), Medical Social Workers (MSWs), Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs), live in companions and more. We serve all types of patients from all walks of life-from pediatric to geriatric, under periodic or constant care-patients who need and will receive the highest level of service and compassion.
